OUR MIX:
The Leap is the only company to offer gap programmes which contain a unique mix of projects, in a mix of locations, designed to challenge both mind and muscle, whilst satisfying itchy feet...

OUR TEAMS:
All our programmes involve a leap team, which we put together, made up of individuals from the UK and overseas. Average size of team 12+, mix of girls/boys, 18-27 yrs. 
Experience great team spirit and huge rewards.

Volunteering Leap:  Africa, Asia + South America
Combine conservation + community + ecotourism projects in a mix of locations. 


e.g. in Kenya – start your placement studying herds of elephants on safari, before teaching English on the beach and then helping with reforestation projects in a National Park.

e.g. in Ecuador – experience teaching in Quito before moving to ecotourism projects deep in the rainforest and conservation in the Galapagos, finishing up in the Andes for an amazing expedition through the volcanic landscape.

Intern Leap: Africa + South America
Combine a 6 week internships in business (tourism), care, teaching, medical, law or media with a further 4 weeks of volunteering in conservation + community in contrasting locations ( volunteering phase is optional)

eg: complete a 6 week internship in Quito, Ecuador, and then add a further 4 weeks of volunteering in conservation, community and eco-tourism based in the Andes, rainforest and on the famous Galapagos.

Horse Leaps
These are our most specialised placements for either 6 and 10 weeks where you need to be a competent rider.  Choose to play polo in Argentina or venture to work on a horse safari in South Africa.

Summer Leaps
The Perfect Summer Gap solution...If you don't have much time then look no further...Spend 6 weeks next summer doing any of the above and we'll have you back in time for your results.
