If you’ve been keeping a beady eye on the press you’ll have noticed The Leap popping up quite a lot recently, with a spate of newspaper articles, radio interviews and name drops! A couple of weeks ago Alice Baines, who works in the office was interviewed on BBC local radio along with Bernie Dale who took a Mini Leap (with his entire family in tow) last Christmas. Then The Leap were spotted in the Times Newspaper, who interviewed the lovely Iona Symington…a Leaper who went to Kenya with us in 2007.

Now The Leap media storm has reached Northern Ireland, with a recent radio interview and great article in the Belfast Telegraph about Mannix O’Boyle. Mannix turned down a place to study medicine at as predigious University to join The Leap in Ecuador this April before heading off for a few months of backpacking with the friends he’d made in the team.
