Hi, this is Luke the S.A. Team Leader with a sneak peak at the photo diary of the January team’s adventures so far!

Fort Rock fun times!

Fort Rock fun times!

1. This is a photo taken on the Jan Leap Team’s first ever bushwalk. As is now a Leap tradition we snapped them all taking a synchronized Leap from a rock called fort rock. From here you get a complete 360 degree view of Kwa Madwala  reserve and the adjacent area, it’s a great spot to see exactly where we are in the world.

2.We had a Swaziland party theme the weekend after we returned from Swaziland, so the boys and girls got all traditional for a good party!

3. This is a picture taken at night of the Leapers getting stuck into the leopard conditioning project. It involved tying up four Impala carcasses in order to attract leopards for research and studies.

4. Taken at Matsamo cultural village, this village is historically accurate to how the Swazi’s used to live. Traditional dancing and songs are sung and the team got dragged in!

4. Taken shortly before the Leapers got roped into traditional African dancing!

5 &6. These two are photos from our AMAZING weekend just gone. We all headed up to Mozambique for a few days on the beach (where we all liked to think we were Pammy in BAYWATCH!). One picture shows the kitchen in Moz, where we had 7 kg of prawns and 5 Kgs of calamari for that meal which is being cooked in the foreground and having a few beers as sundowners. Bliss!
