Hola!

It’s Kaitlyn here- the Venezuela project leader. I just wanted to let you know that everything is going well here with the Leap team. After a VERY long flight on Tuesday they were exhausted so the pace of life here was a bit slow at first but they are adjusting just fine to life in the sun and enjoying their time so far.

Yesterday we went out to La Piscina (the island in the Mochima National Park where they’ll be working) in the boat to talk about our reef conservation project and we will begin the first stage of this project on Monday. They have also started Spanish classes and are all doing really well, today they have a tour of the village and will all attempt Jakera´s famous climbing wall!
