Contributing, responsible backpacking
We help Gap Year Leapers access planet protecting-projects around the world enabling them to travel and contribute to off-grid destinations, like Madagascar, Guatemala and Namibia.
Gap Year Leapers travel as a team so there's instant camaraderie and many hands to make a bigger impact on their projects. Our project co-ordinators are on the ground making sure they are safe, productive and experiencing the real culture.
The Leap provides a 24/7 back-up service, co-ordinating the UK office and in-country staff. This is run by the office, not a call centre and they are on hand to deal with any problems from homesickness to an emergency evacuation.

are now helping companies develop their responsible business
strategies, by helping them access measurable development projects and
bed them into their ethos and attitudes of their employees. We then
create bespoke and exciting offsite team learning experiences around the
project from which the employees will be stretched, challenged,
