From day one, students travel, live and work together as a team. Whether building community projects, navigating challenges or sharing experiences, they quickly learn how to collaborate, support one another and work towards shared goals.
Communication
Working alongside local communities, NGO leaders and fellow teammates helps students develop strong communication skills, cultural awareness and confidence in unfamiliar environments.

Students can complete our Diploma in International Volunteering, worth 16 UCAS points. It gives students the chance to reflect on what they’ve done, recognise the skills they’ve developed and turn their experience into a formal qualification they can take forward into their UCAS application, CV and beyond.

Our Leaps can count towards your Gold DofE Residential section.
Already working towards your Gold DofE? Your Leap can provide the perfect opportunity to complete the Residential section while doing something genuinely memorable. You’ll spend time away from home, working as part of a team, experiencing a new culture and taking on challenges together, ticking off a DofE requirement while gaining an experience that goes well beyond the certificate.
