The Leap stands as an independent, family-owned pioneer in experiential gap year travel. Since our inception in 2002, we've proudly guided thousands of Leapers on transformative overseas volunteering projects across Africa, Asia, and South America, earning accolades along the way.

Lizzie is the beating heart behind the seamless execution of our adventures. Having led countless Leap teams in Kenya and Costa Rica, she knows firsthand what it takes to make each trip exceptional, safe, and truly life-changing.

As our Operations & Business Development Coordinator, Lizzie ensures that every detail– from on-the-ground logistics to programme development–is fine-tuned for the ultimate experience. She’s also a passionate champion of our School and Under 18 Leaps, making sure younger adventurers have meaningful, safe, and transformative experiences abroad.
