OMBS international internship

Leap to OMBS Kenya

REAL BUSINESS CHALLENGES + PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT + KENYA ADVENTURE

Take what you're learning at OMBS and use it in the real world.

OMBS has partnered with The Leap to create an international internship on Kenya's stunning Indian Ocean coast — combining real business experience, personal development and adventure.

Through The Leap's partnership with Oceans Alive, a pioneering community-led marine conservation organisation, you'll apply what you've been learning in Business & Finance, Digital Marketing & Social Media and Personal Development to a live business challenge.

Working alongside the Oceans Alive team, you'll help develop their new Women's Empowerment Centre into a sustainable enterprise, creating opportunities for local women while supporting the wider conservation mission.

You won’t just learn about business. You’ll use it.

Our reviews speak for themselves

“From initial enquiry till the boys finished their trip The Leap have been excellent. The short videos explaining how to fill out forms prior to departure were so useful as were the Zoom calls to answer any questions. Torin has loved the trip itself, doing so many things during the programme and making friends for life. I would definitely recommend The Leap”

“Our daughter has had the most amazing time in Kenya, The Leap group have been fantastic with details and organisation throughout, I always felt we were in good hands. The breadth of volunteering and involvement has been wonderful to see and I know this will have changed her life forever. Thank you”
tanya
“Definitely recommend The Leap, very professional organisation. I am thinking of joining them on one of their mid life programmes. All the stress is taken away and everyone is very helpful. No question was a silly question in preparing my son to travel and I felt he was in safe hands”
