This isn’t about dropping in to “help”. It’s about being welcomed in, and becoming part of something that already matters.
Day in the life of a Leap Mission
You’ll wake up with the quiet sense that the day ahead will be a good one.
Each day will find its own rhythm, but in essence the main focus will be spent working alongside local teams, getting stuck into projects that genuinely matter, the kind where you can see where your effort is going - supported by a real sense of camaraderie as you work together, sharing the experience, being part of something.
However its not all work and no play, interwoven into your day will be more familiar, easy moments... in Kenya, that might look like a swim in the Indian Ocean, a dhow at sunset, a lazy lunch by the beach, and sundowners as the light fades.
A perfectly balanced day that feels good and does good.

How to Join a Leap Mission
Leap Missions run in two ways:
Scheduled Missions
Small, curated departures throughout the year. Join as an individual, a couple, or with friends
Private Missions
Bring your own group of eight or more and we’ll design a bespoke mission around you.

We’re starting with one of our most established collaborations — on Kenya’s north coast — with more Missions to follow.
Kenya Mission Leap
Our first mission begins in Kenya.
You’ll be based in a beautiful house on the coast in Vipingo, just moments from Oceans Alive, where you’ll spend your time working alongside the team on marine and community projects.
Then, for the last 3 days the scene shifts as you head inland for a safari in Tsavo, where the landscape opens up and everything slows down.
